Montfort School, Manjampatty, Manapparai, Trichy (Dt), started in June 1994, is a Montfortian Institution run by the Brothers of St. Gabriel. Inspired by the vision and mission of the Founder of their society, St. Louis Marie Grignion de Montfort, the Brothers are committed to their educational apostolate and have been doing a yeoman service in the field of education in India since 1903. "Total Education", which implies a holistic approach to education and is concerned with the total development of an individual person, is the quintessence of Montfortian Education. 'Montfort' is now synonymous with holistic and value based education the world over.
We are committed to develop all-rounded, socially responsible, ethical, independent thinkers through a challenging and balanced curricular programme in academics, science, arts, sports and games.
History of the school
Montfort Matric Hr. Sec. School, Manjampatty was started in 15.06.1994 by the Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel. Trichy Province.
The School is named after St. Louis Grignion De Montfort who believed in all round development of the Youth.
The School is managed by the Montfort Brothers of St.Gabriel, members of the Religious Congregation internationally renowned for their service in the field of education. They have highly reputed schools in about 33 countries in the world.
Our school believes that education consists not only studies but also stresses on character moulding and personality development. We aim at the total development of the whole person, making the student well integrated spiritually, socially, Intellectually and culturally.
